Cancellations should be made in writing.

All cancellations or modifications of
registration must be made in writing to
finance@frontiersmeetings.com

If Frontiers Meetings Ltd cancels this event for
any indispensable reason, registered participants will be credited with the
full amount paid at the time of registration. You may also use this credit for
another Frontiers Meetings Ltd event(s) which must occur within ONE YEAR from
the date of cancellation.
